Kako i gdje je nastalo sedam godina, tako\u0111er se ne zna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako se to ne preporu\u010duje, ako slu\u010dajno progutate \u017evaka\u0107u gumu, nemate razloga za brigu. Va\u0161e tijelo ne mo\u017ee probaviti \u017evaku, ali komadi\u0107 progutane \u017evake obi\u010dno \u0107e pro\u0107i kroz va\u0161 pronavni sistem &#8211; u osnovi netaknut &#8211; iza\u0107i u stolici oko 40 sati kasnije, ba\u0161 kao i gotovo sve ostalo \u0161to jedete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ipak, <strong>\u017evaka\u0107a guma<\/strong> je mekana, gumena supstanca koja <strong>nije dizajnirana da se guta<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:22px\"><strong>Da li da idem kod doktora ako progutam \u017evaku?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne, osim ako progutate veliku koli\u010dinu ili pojedete \u017evaku sa ne\u010dim \u0161to nije probavljivo, recimo sa pola ma\u010dke. Kako je popularnost \u017evaka rasla, rasla je i potra\u017enja. To je navelo proizvo\u0111a\u0107e da se okrenu sinteti\u010dkim polimerima kao osnovi gume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve\u0107ina dana\u0161njih \u017evaka\u0107ih guma je napravljena od gumene baze. Ovo je kombinacija polimera, plastifikatora i smola. Obi\u010dno se mije\u0161a sa omek\u0161iva\u010dima za hranu, konzervansima, zasla\u0111iva\u010dima, bojama i aromama. \u010cesto \u017evaka ima premaz u prahu ili tvrdi poliol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve\u0107inu sastojaka \u017evaka\u0107e gume va\u0161 probavni sistem  mo\u017ee lako razgraditi. To uklju\u010duje zasla\u0111iva\u010de, arome, konzervanse i omek\u0161iva\u010de. Nesvarljiva je guma. \u010cak i uz uklju\u010divanje sinteti\u010dkih polimera, \u017evaka\u0107a guma &#8211; kao i druga neprobavljiva hrana kao \u0161to su vlakna &#8211; ne\u0107e stajati u va\u0161em stomaku du\u017ee od nekoliko dana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:22px;text-align:left\"><strong>Jo\u0161 par stvari o \u017evaka\u0107im gumama<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u017dvaka\u0107a guma se smatra bezbjednom, mada neke vrste sadr\u017ee kontroverzne sastojke.<\/li><li>\u017dvaka\u0107a guma mo\u017ee smanjiti stres i pobolj\u0161ati pam\u0107enje.<\/li><li>\u017dvaka\u0107a guma vam mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i da smr\u0161ate.<\/li><li>Pre\u010desto \u017evakanje mo\u017ee uzrokovati probleme sa va\u0161om vilicom<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Autor teksta: dr.
